Brandy is a 11 month old female that looks to be a Boxer mix. She is mostly brown in color with some white patches. She came to us from the Austin city dog pound. She weighs about 45 pounds right now. She might get a little thicker, but height and frame-wise she is about full grown. Brandy is very friendly, well-adjusted, and gets along well with other dogs. She is a lot of fun to be around. She does have a docked tail, and were not sure why someone would dock a tail of a mixed-breed dog. She is current with all vaccinations and is spayed. Brandy is listed as a "special needs" dog because she has a slight heart arrhythmia condition, which requires medications. These medications cost a nominal $15 per month. At our Shelter she resides in a 5' x 10' kennel pen and she tries her best to keep it clean. Brandy will not be adopted as an outdoor dog. Her adoption fee is $75. We utilize a short adoption application form to assess compatibility between dogs and their prospective homes.
