If you like Calicos, take a look at this cat! Jernelle is a very cute calico who came from the Austin City Pound on 6/13/08. She had 6 beautiful little kittens who all died, perhaps due to poor nutrition during her pregnancy. Jernelle is friendly and beautiful, and has been spayed and is ready for a new home. She has been waiting patiently to be recognized at our open houses, but has yet to be picked. PLEASE consider taking a look at Jernelle, She would be a great pet, given time to adjust to home life. To see Jernelle or any of our wonderful cats at the shelter please come to one of our open houses, Tuesdays from 4:30 - 6pm or Sundays from 2 - 4pm. All our cats/kittens are up to date with shots, spayed or neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/feline aids, and socialized. We adopt our cats/kittens to indoor homes only. Thanks for looking. Adoption fee is $50 which covers only a portion of our expenses in getting Jernelle ready for adoption.
